agentboss.eu is operated by AgentBoss B.V., registered in the Netherlands at Baron de Coubertinlaan 6, 2719 EL Zoetermeer. Throughout these terms, “AgentBoss”, “we”, and “our” refer to AgentBoss B.V.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
3. What we publish here
agentboss.eu is a marketing site. The content describes our services, our positioning, and how we work. Nothing on the site is a binding offer or a commitment to deliver. Engagements happen under a separate signed proposal or master services agreement.
4. Bookings and enquiries
When you book an intro call or send a message through the site, you do so to start a commercial conversation. We use the information you share to respond and, if relevant, to scope a possible engagement. See our privacy notice for what happens with that data.
5. Intellectual property
All content on agentboss.eu, including the wordmark, the logo, the writing, the design, the photography, and the code, is owned by AgentBoss or licensed to us. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce the visual identity, the assessment frameworks, or substantial parts of the copy without written permission.
For client engagements, IP arrangements are agreed in the engagement contract. As a default we transfer ownership of the specific deliverables built for the client; we keep ownership of our methodology, frameworks, and reusable components.
6. Third-party services
The site links to third-party services such as Microsoft Bookings and LinkedIn. Once you leave agentboss.eu, the terms and privacy practices of those services apply to your interaction with them. We have no control over their behaviour and accept no liability for it.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available and up to date but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change the content, the structure, or the URLs at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentBoss is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of agentboss.eu, including loss of revenue, data, or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Dutch law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through dialogue is submitted to the competent court in The Hague (Rechtbank Den Haag).
