2. What personal data we collect
We only collect the data we actually need to run the business and to respond to you.
- Contact data you give us. Name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of any message you send through the site, by email, or during a meeting.
- Booking data. When you book an intro call through Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft processes your name, email, and chosen time slot, and shares them with us.
- Site usage data. Vercel and Vercel Analytics record anonymised page views, referrer, country, browser, and device type. We do not set tracking cookies and we do not fingerprint visitors.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether AgentBoss can help you. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where you are an individual, your consent through the act of contacting us (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
- To deliver services under a signed engagement. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations such as accounting, tax, and AI Act documentation. Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To improve the website through aggregated, anonymised analytics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
- Sales conversations and unconverted leads: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Client engagement records: 7 years after the engagement ends, in line with Dutch tax retention rules.
- Analytics data: aggregated and retained at the level Vercel Analytics provides, with no individual profiles stored.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with vetted processors who help us run the business. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement.
- Vercel Inc. Hosting and analytics. We use Frankfurt (eu-central-1) regions where the configuration allows.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. Microsoft Bookings, Outlook, and Teams for booking and meetings.
- Our accountant and legal advisors to the extent required for statutory compliance.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. International transfers
Our infrastructure is configured for EU-first processing. Where a processor is a non-EU entity (notably Vercel and Microsoft, both US-headquartered), transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing, and request portability. You can exercise any of these by emailing hello@agentboss.eu. We respond within 30 days.
If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
8. Cookies and tracking
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party advertising. Vercel may set a small number of functional cookies needed to operate the site. Vercel Analytics uses a cookieless approach.
9. Changes to this notice
When we change anything material, we update the date at the top of this page. For substantial changes that affect existing clients, we notify you directly.
